At Freedom we believe that your most significant connection with the church will likely come in the form of your small group. These groups are designed to foster closer relationships, deeper discipleship, and on-going support and encouragement. Your small group will be a place where everyone gets to know you and your family. These people will likely soon become like your extended family as they pray for you and help you through the rough seasons of life and as they laugh and celebrate the fun seasons with you as well.

Our adult small groups typically involve 10-15 adults who meet in a host home on a set evening each week. Meetings last roughly two hours, with the first 45 minutes spent eating supper and enjoying a time of laughter and casual conversation. The next 20-30 minutes are spent in a time of sharing and group prayer followed by a discussion-oriented time of Bible study, which usually lasts about 45-50 minutes.

Children of all ages are welcome in our small groups, and child-care is provided in the host home for the prayer and Bible study portions of the evening.

Joining a small group is easy. Simply sign up for our next Connection Class (which meets on certain scheduled Sunday afternoons, 4:00-5:30), and you will be introduced to the leadership, vision, beliefs, and direction of Freedom Church and also given an opportunity to connect with either a new or existing small group.
